Unified Reimagined Innovation for students Empowerment (URISE), Uttar Pradesh Government, Lucknow hereinafter referred to as URISE is a service/portal designed with a view to cater to requirements of students, faculty members, department and other stakeholders of the concerned departments. It may be noted that UPSDM, Technical Education (Diploma Sector) and ITI polytechnic together are referred to as concerned departments hereafter. The content of this website is provided by the respective departments.

Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content on this website, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes. In case of any ambiguity or doubts, users are advised to verify/check with the concerned departments and/or other source(s), and to obtain appropriate professional advice. In continuation of above mentioned terms and conditions, following are additional T&C for different Users:

Faculties/Trainers:

• Videos uploaded on the portal can not be used on any private channel.
• Faculties / trainers will be solely responsible for the account details provided by them.
• Faculties / trainers will use the Unified Portal for requisite Innovation for student empowerment (URISE) resources for the benefit of the institutes / training centers.
• Faculties / trainers will ensure to provide videos/notes to the students.
• Faculties / trainers will submit the attendance of the student the same day on the portal.
• Faculties / trainers will be responsible for the failed transactions or incorrect transactions for wrong bank account details furnished by them.

Student:

• Concerned Departments will not be liable for the failure of any transactions executed through the website.
• Although all efforts are made to present the accurate and complete information, yet Concerned Departments do not own for the error, omission, accuracy or any ambiguity in the result statement.
• Students will ensure to provide the correct address and other relevant information, wherever the same is required to be submitted in the portal.
• For any error or loss arising out of incorrectly supplied bank account details, it will be the sole responsibility of the concerned student. URISE or concerned departments will not be held liable for any loss arising out of this.
• Students agree that the data regarding their assessments and results may be shared with the parties registered on URISE.

Collaborators:

• Training partners/centers/institutes of UPSDM, ITI and Technical Education (Diploma Sector) will be collaborators.
• Information regarding the collaborators have been published as available with the concerned department. If any anomalies are found ,concerned collaborators may report it to the relevant department.
• Information regarding faculties/ trainers is as per the data provided by the collaborators, concerned department is not liable for its correctness.
• Collaborators will be responsible for the failed transactions or incorrect transactions for wrong bank account details furnished by them .

Refund And Cancellation Policy

• No refund is allowed.
