Registration

Registration in URISE is open to all students in the state enrolled as a student in skills, ITI or polytechnics functioning in the state. Once registered, students become lifelong members of URISE. After completing the course for a job training, student related information and services stands validated and will be automatically pushed for use of 3rd parties, such as financial institutions, potential employees etc.

Dashboard

An AI-based customized dashboard will guide and support with useful information about courses, fee, syllabus, e-content, digi-locker, useful links and the latest placement information. An automated grievance/query functionality is also available.

E-Content

Access to best-in-class lectures, tutorials, question banks, online certification courses, and counseling by experts on demand. In case of non-availability of a book - where all the copies have been issued to other students - students can check the tentative available date and plan their study accordingly.

Attendance

Provision for faculties to mark the students' attendance for all the classes, practicals, participation in training, workshops, seminars etc., taken or participated by them on a particular day or entire session. Students can view and raise requests to their faculty online for regularizing attendance in case of errors.

Online Courses

To handle situations like COVID-19, where conducting regular classes for students is extremely risky and many-a-times not allowed by the government, students can continue their study through online lectures/tutorials uploaded not only by their college faculty but also by other institutes' faculties, accessing an exhaustive central repository of URISE sourced locally and globally.

Performance

Students can have their academic career spanning from a few months (skill) to several years (Polytechnics & ITI). Students and their parents can monitor their academic career performance through the 'One View' feature. Organizations can also utilize the 'One View' functionality for job verification purposes.

Grievances

Students might have issues with the institutes, faculties, administration or any other issues relating to their studies, hostel, fees etc. Through the portal's grievance section, students can raise their concerns, which will be resolved by the concerned faculty/ department within a stipulated period of time.

Fee (Online Payment) Coming Soon...

Students can deposit their tuition, examination, scrutiny, and re-evaluation fee online, through portal by any one of the mode like debit/credit card, net banking/ challan (at bank branch). Keeping the level of students in mind, provision has been given to cater all the students. If a student does not have a credit/debit card he can generate the challan on line and deposit the fee in any branch of the bank.

Digi Locker

Students' academic records, like diploma/ certificates and mark sheets, will be pushed in the Digi locker, which will be accessible from anywhere, anytime. Documents pushed in the Digi locker are treated as good as original documents, and students need not carry their original documents for attestation or verification, thereby protecting them from any loss in transit or otherwise.
