Our UltraTechies program comprises of a comprehensive and rigorous training program in the first year with a mix of projects, learning interventions, On the Job Training, interaction with senior management and personality grooming sessions. Post the 1st year on confirmation they will be assigned to a final role from the start of 2nd year. We wish to commence the selection process asap and as a selection process we would start with the Preliminary Assessment & Cognitive Test followed by Pre-Placement Talk (Presentation) with shortlisted Students wherein we would like to introduce our organization and explain the UltraTechies program & Personal Interviews in physical mode.
